Refund & Exchange Policy

At SOLE VILLA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our exchange and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

The request date is the official date used to determine eligibility (not the date we receive the returned item).

Exchange Process

SOLE VILLA does not offer direct item replacement.

If you wish to exchange an item:

1. Place a new order through our website for the item you want.
2. Submit your exchange request within 7 days.
3. Return the original item.
4. Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection, the value of the returned product will be refunded.

Exchange Eligibility

Items are eligible only if they meet ALL conditions:

* Unused
* Unwashed
* Unworn
* Original condition
* Original tags attached
* Returned in the same condition received

If tags are removed, the item becomes non-exchangeable.

Footwear Policy

Shoes may only be approved for exchange if:

* Unused
* Clean
* Original shoe box included
* No visible signs of wear

Shoes that have been worn, cleaned, washed, damaged, or returned without the original box will not qualify.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

* Accessories
* Shoe care products
* Personal care items
* Final sale items (if marked)

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Only the approved product value will be refunded.

Wrong Item / Defective Product

If SOLE VILLA shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective:

* SOLE VILLA will cover all related shipping costs.
* The customer will receive a replacement solution or refund when approved.

Inspection Rights

SOLE VILLA reserves the right to reject returned items that do not meet policy requirements.
