Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

* If the order cannot be recovered, the customer remains responsible for product and shipping costs.

Lost Packages

Once the carrier marks a shipment as delivered, responsibility may transfer according to carrier investigation results.
